Accuracy matters because rehabilitation information can affect health, safety and financial decisions.

We welcome evidence-based corrections from readers, professionals, rights holders and authorised facility representatives.

What you can report

  • an incorrect center name, address, phone number, website or branch status;
  • an outdated or unsupported service, staffing, pricing, bed-count or licensing claim;
  • a misleading verification label or unclear source description;
  • a factual error in a treatment guide or city directory;
  • an image, logo, copyright, attribution or privacy concern;
  • a potentially unsafe statement or omission that should be reviewed urgently.

What to include

Provide the page URL, quote or describe the disputed information, explain the requested change and attach or link to the strongest available evidence. Official websites, current documents, regulatory records and written confirmation from an authorised representative are more useful than unsupported statements.

How we review a correction

  1. We identify the exact claim and its current source.
  2. We assess the evidence and whether the person submitting it is authorised or otherwise well placed to know.
  3. We compare the new evidence with official, public-sector or other reliable sources where available.
  4. We may contact the facility or submitter for clarification.
  5. We correct, qualify, remove or retain the information based on the evidence.
  6. Material corrections update the page’s review date and may include a note explaining the change.

Urgent concerns

Identity errors, wrong contact information, branch-closure evidence, privacy issues, patient images and credible safety concerns are prioritised. The contact form is not an emergency service and should not be used to seek urgent clinical help.

Provider disagreement

A facility may disagree with critical or cautionary wording. We will review evidence fairly, but we do not remove accurate public-interest information solely because it is unflattering. Provider claims remain labelled as provider-reported unless independently corroborated.

Image and copyright requests

An authorised rights holder can request attribution, replacement or removal of an image. Include the image URL, the page where it appears, your relationship to the work and evidence of ownership or authority.

No retaliation and no paid corrections

Submitting a correction does not affect inclusion or future editorial treatment. We do not charge to correct factual errors, and payment does not determine whether a claim is changed.

Submit a correction

Use the contact form and select Correction or factual concern. Facility representatives can also use the claim or update form on the relevant profile.
